Application

Air Bearing For Product Handling

With air bearings or pneumatic casters, heavy loads can quickly move using an air cushion that is almost entirely frictionless.

Press Paper

The compressed air use in a variety of printing applications through rollers.

Printing Services

Control of printing pumps and equipment through compressed air, safe and reliable.

Ink Roller Adjustment

The Compressed air precisely controls the thickness of the Ink rollers, which determines the thickness of the paper, which is key to ensuring process effectiveness.

Vacuum Generation

Using a Compressed air and venturi system, the vacuum used in a variety of production processes, such as product processing, can be efficiently generated.

Clean Liquid Handling

Pulp and paper mills use centrifugal pumps for liquid handling, cleaning, and extraction during ancillary service equipment/processes.

Pre-Press, Mid-Press And Post-Press Applications

The vacuum is necessary for a variety of pre-press applications, including preparation of images and films for scanning or exposure and the drying of printed boards. Many applications also require overpressure to guide the printing plate or film in an automatic system. In a conventional sheet-fed offset press, vacuum and overpressure always needed in the paper handling process, i.e., as a feeding device for separating the sheet, conveying the sheet to a different colour-aggregate device, or guiding the sheet through the press.

All of these applications require different amounts of air at various pressures. For example, vacuum pumps and compressors widely used in post-press applications:

·       The side-flow blowers used for folding and cutting machines.

·       Pressure-vacuum pumps and separate vacuum pumps and compressors used for page-matching and book-binding machines.

·       Centrifugal blowers used for removing the waste paper.

Pulp drying

The vacuum is applied to the whole forming chamber of the paper machine to remove moisture from the papermaking raw materials. The suction tank in the forming chamber and the couch roller adopt a different degree of vacuum to remove most of the moisture.

Pulp treatment

Through the process centrifugal pump treatment of a variety of pulp (according to the treatment of liquid viscosity and density, choose a variety of impellers).
