Application

Packing

The vacuum used in the packaging process generated through compressed air and also used to move food and ingredients around in the delivery system.

Air Cushion Machine

The membrane tubes welded together and filled with Compressed air to form an air cushion. These cushions can use as protective padding.

Blister Packing

Bubble wrap usually engaged by vacuum.

Vacuuming

When filling drinks, cosmetics and medicines into bottles, empty the air of the bottles first to make sure what reaches the customer is the best.

Exhaust Air

When packing the product, vacuum pumps will use to empty the air in the packing material before sealing. Proper sealing provides the best protection for products in transit and ensures that products (such as electronic components and pharmaceuticals) delivered to customers are free of bacteria and dust.

Food Packaging

Air and oxygen in the atmosphere have adverse effects on the quality and warranty life of fresh products. As a result, many processes require a vacuum. The industry’s typical vacuum application is vacuum packaging. Vacuum pump to empty the air in the package before sealing. Vacuum Pump for a variety of industrial packaging machine, such as casting machine, moulding machine, rotary conveyor belt and sealing machine.

Moulding

Liquid ring vacuum pumps and positive displacement vacuum blowers use in packaging production, especially to make the plastic layer properly formed (i.e., to protect fruits and vegetables).

Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) And Storage

The surrounding pressure has a mechanical effect on the product and can significantly change its external shape. Therefore, MAP processing method has chosen in many application fields. Thus, the MAP process method has selected for many application fields. In this process, the product is modified atmosphere packaged while oxygen removed. The product is packed into a bubble wrap bag and then put into a vacuum chamber to extract air.

The adjusted air then injected into the blister packaging bag, and the food sealed using a protective film. By using this method, the food will stay for an extended period of storage time; the meat products will remain red and tender.

Reduce Volume

The vacuum used to reduce the volume of the products to transport or pack. For example, new clothing in vacuum shrink-wrap maximizes the capacity of trucks and containers.
